We are an Arizona Supreme Court Certified Legal Document Preparation Service. Our Arizona license number is: AZ LDP# 80907.
We are dedicated to managing your legal needs, keeping you above the fray, so you can stay focused on what really matters.Our office is conveniently located in Paradise Valley, Arizona. We are open 6 days a week with standard office hours of 8:00 am to 9:00 pm by appointment only, but we are very flexible and can accommodate your schedule. We do however schedule late evening and weekend appointments depending on the urgency of our clients.
We are Certified Legal Document Preparers, Law students and Paralegals with years of experience in a variety areas of Arizona State and Federal Law. As paralegals here in Arizona over the last 22 years, our work has always been concentrated in the areas of divorce, family law, probate, estate planning, name changes and miscellaneous civil matters. Many times these types of cases can be very stressful to our clients, and therefore, we strive to perform the work for you on a personal and friendly basis, as well as being efficient and accurate.
Our job, as a paralegals and certified legal document preparers, is to provide procedural information and prepare legal documents at a much lower cost than attorneys would charge. We also offer select payment plans on certain services. If, however, your case is complex, or you need legal advice, or you need representation at a hearing, we have working relationships with experienced attorneys, whom we would be very happy to refer you to.
For all matters dealing with Superior Court, we offer courier services that will file for you all your documentation at a discounted cost charge. They also are process servers and can serve documents, i.e. divorce petitions, at a reasonable charge, either here in Arizona or out of state.
We also offer Notary Services and can notarize all legal documents prepared.
We also offer Paralegal and research Services to Sole Practitioner Law Firms and Small Businesses throughout Arizona.
As Arizona state Supreme Court Certified Legal Document Preparers we are authorized to prepare any legal document in the State of Arizona without the supervision of an attorney. This authorization is provided under Administrative Order adopted by the Arizona Supreme Court. This provision cited is known as ACJA 7-208: Legal Document Preparation Appendix A, Code of Conduct.
