As Arizona state Supreme Court Certified Legal Document Preparers we are authorized to prepare any legal document in the State of Arizona without the supervision of an attorney. This authorization is provided under Administrative Order adopted by the Arizona Supreme Court. This provision cited is known as ACJA 7-208: Legal Document Preparation Appendix A, Code of Conduct.
Arizona State Supreme Court rules require that we inform potential clients that Arizona Legal Specialists, LLC and none of its employees or contractors are licensed to practice law in the state if Arizona and therefore, cannot attend hearings on your behalf. You further understand that we cannot provide you with any legal advice or opinions concerning legal matters. The purpose of a paralegal and Certified Legal Document Preparer is to prepare legal documents at a reduced cost and provide procedural information only to clients. Should you wish to obtain legal advice, referrals to attorneys can be provided.
